The following institutions and individuals offer assessment and diagnosis of children with developmental difficulties including autistic spectrum disorders. This section does include information outside of Sonoma County:

Collaborative Autism Diagnostic Clinic (CAD clinic)
Two clinics: one in Napa at North Bay Regional Center and one in Santa Rosa at a Sonoma County Office of Education school.

The Collaborative Autism Diagnostic Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic providing diagnostic evaluations for persons suspected of having autism spectrum disorders through collaboration among school personnel, private vendors and clinicians from North Bay Regional Center.
